Sir Robt. Spencer kt., Lord Spencer, Baron Wormleighton. Recites that Spencer has commenced a suit in Chancery v. Tho. Underwood, John Underwood jr., Joshua Cater, Robt. Mayes, Wm. Allen, Ric. Edrop, Robt. Britan and John Taylor, alledging that he and anyone who holds the manor of Sandy should have a sheep's gate of 400 sheep in Sandy Warren, to which they have answered. Spencer by present deed gives full power to John Burgoyne of Sutton esq., to settle dispute before the end of next October. Wtns. Humph. Wynche, R. Chisshull, John Spawon.
