- Scope and ContentFolio volume, bound calf; only 39 folios at front and 19 ff. at end are written on. Folios 1-28 are apparently in Blanch Hooker's hand and are indexed. There are 24 recipes for preserving fruit, and 7 for drying fruit, including cakes (folios 3,5,10-12), and wine (f.6). There are no meat or fish dishes.
