-to be buried in Felmersham Parish Church "before the Chauncell there as nyghe unto the monument of my Wyfe as my executor can devyse" -to the high altar for tithes forgotten 8d. -to the bells 20d. -to son John Randes and his heirs male, manor of Radwell and all lands, tenements, meadows, pastures, commons, rents and services belonging, paying 40s to testator's wife Ellen for life, in satisfaction of her dower of the manor and premises purchased in testator's lifetime. -to wife household implements (listed; mentions great and little chambers, new parlour, nether parlour; a peacock and 2 peahens) on condition that she deliver to son John testator's bond to perform her jointure and delivers to him a bond that she will bring no action against him except for the non-performance of this will. -feather bed and 40s each to daughters Alice and Margery. -to John Gefferis' and wife Elizabeth testator's daughter £100 in recompense for his marriage money. -to Thomas Frelove 1 acre wheat, 3 roods of rye of the year's growing and a quarter of barley. -residue to John Randes, son and heir, sole executor. -witnesses: William Cosyn, Richard Cosyn, Thomas Joyes senior, Thomas Frelove, Thomas Hewit "the Wrighter herof"
