---- the manor and site of the late dissolved priory, and messuages and lands in Eaton, Roxton, Colmworth, Barford, Keysoe, Bolnhurst; demised 20 June 1585 by William Gery esquire, grandfather of Richard, to son William Gery junior for 300 years; assigned 1587- 8 by Wm. Gery junior to son Richard;
act of Parliament 1661: lands of Sir James Harrington as at 25 March 1645/6 and since forfeit, but exempting trust lands if enrolled before 1 January 1662/3 in Exchequer; deed of 20 February 1632/3 was not so enrolled.
Richard Sherwyn, who has become "lawfully interested" in the premises finds his title defective, and has petitioned accordingly.
