Scope and Content
Conveyance of the house and site of the late priory of Bushmead which is subject of an agreement of 2 June 1545 between same parties; except certain lands in Great Staughton and Southoe, Hunts., and in Eaton, Duloe, Over & Nether Staploe, Beds., to the value of £5 5s. per annum as follows:
...a close in Great Staughton called Bushmead Stokyng, occupied by Thomas Wawton esq.;
...10 acres in the fields of Great Staughton occupied by John Cosyn;
...a close called Holcombe Stokyng "in parochia de Stowghton Southoo", occupied by John Cosyn;
...a close called Gallean close alias Beyerds pole in Nether Staploe, occupied by Michael Gudson;
...a close called the Lye and Lye mede in Nether Staploe, occupied by James Barcok;
...a close called Bassings close in Duloe, occupied by Edmund Gillett;
...lands unspecified in Over Staploe, occupied by Margaret Graye, widow, & Robert Graye;
to be held of the chief lords of the fee by the accustomed services;
