Reciting purchase as in BorBE 11/23/23-24, dated 2,3 November 1812: "And whereas, although the said in part recited indentures of Lease and Release bear date as above mentioned, and the said recited purchase under the conditions of sale of the said hereditaments and premises ought to have been completed on the said third day of November last, yet from certain circumstances which have happened the said recited purchase has not yet been completed, and whereas the said James Bassett hath now agreed to complete the said purchase on the above bounden William Fish Palmer giving his Bond in the penalty above mentioned ...
