By (1) to (2) for 10s and also in consideration that Philip Thompson has undertaken to pay to William Yarnton the sum of 3s weekly for life, messuage in the High Street of Bedford St Paul over against the Castle Lane, formerly in the occupation of John Yarnton, then of William Yarnton, now of Thomas Rush, grocer: house late of Francis Walker called the Cross Keys, now in the occupation of Elenor Button, widow, North; and house formerly in occupation of Charles Edgerly, and now of John Kilpin, ironmonger, South; and also the other messuage or tenement in Bedford St Paul in the Fish Market, abutting West on the Fish market, formerly in the tenure of Edward Cox and now of Thomas Guess.
