    Conveyance (Feoffment): (1) William Yarnton, Bedford, grocer (2) John Yarnton, Bedford, glazier. By (1) to (2) for £38, third part or share in two messuages in Bedford St Paul. One with shop now in the occupation of John Yarnton and fronts East on the High Street, and is between the tenement in the occupation of George Flood called the Cross Keys on north side, and tenement in occupation of Charles Edgerly on the south. One messuage stands in the Fishmarket and is now in the tenure of Margaret Yarnton, widow, and adjoining the before mentioned messuage on the backside. Which two messuages were heretofore the estate of William Yarnton deceased, father of (1) and (2), and are subject to life interest of Margaret Yarnton, widow, mother of (1) and (2).
