    Reciting will of Mary Yarnton, mother of William Yarnton, dated 5 March 1706/7, by which she bequeathed to the children of William Yarnton the sum of £150 to be held by Randolph Taylor of Bedford, butcher, the interest to go to William Yarnton until the children came of age. Reciting that on death of his mother, William Yarnton had four children William, John, Richard and Mary, and that Randolph Taylor refused to act, and so the sum of £150 was all paid to (1), when he agreed to give a judgement to the children for the said sum and to mortgage premises as is now being done.
