Conveyance in consideration of £300 to (6), messuage, cottage or tenement near the church yard of Bedford St Paul, formerly in the occupation of John Sharrar now of John Wood, lying opposite a house formerly in the occupation of Richard Cave, merchant, but now belonging to and in the occupation of Thomas Barnard, bounded: South - by the Common Street; East - by the Fish market; West - by St Paul's churchyard.

    Reciting that John Parker, late of Bedford, doctor of medicine, deceased, was seized of property below and by his will dated 24 Sep 1802 bequeathed property after death of his wife to his only son John Parker, (1) above, for life then to his grandsons; in default to children of his late brother Alderman William Parker. Reciting death of John Parker the testator 18 May 1809 and probate of will Parochial Church Council and death of his widow 1826, and that the wife of (1) is too old to have children. Reciting that John Parker, late of Kemble near Cirencester, Gloucestershire, clerk, was the eldest son and the said William Parker (3), Thomas Parker (4) and Richard Parker (5) and Ann Webb, late of Bedford, widow, deceased, were the only other children of Alderman William Parker, brother of testator John Parker, living at death of testator; and that John Parker son of Alderman William Parker died in May 1828 intestate, leaving William Hooper Parker (2) his only son and heir; and that Ann Webb died 2 Oct last intestate, leaving (2) as her nephew and heir at law.
