Conveyance (Lease and Release) by (1) to (2) for £146 2s 6d - messuage or tenement in Bedford St Paul at or near Vines Corner with a shop thereunto adjoining and belonging formerly in the occupation of George Hensman, afterwards Thomas Button, then William Faldo, since John Harding, late Samuel Wiles, with the ground or soil whereon the same stands.
