Conveyance (Lease and Release) by (1) to (2) in consideration of £130 - messuage or dwelling house in Bedford St Paul once known as the White Lion and now The Vine, which has for many years been in two distinct tenements or dwellings, now in the several occupations of Jonathon Clarke and Mercer Skevington, adjoining: North and West - partly on the common street; East - partly on the freehold messuage of Richard Furness, now in his own occupation, partly on messuage of John Smithes, now of William Mingey, saddler; South - partly on messuage now in occupation of Samuel Wiles, partly on barn or shed for laying deals in belonging to Mr Joseph Bernard, merchant.
