Mortgage by (1) to (2) to secure £50 and interest (demise for 1000 years) - all that messuage or tenement in Bedford St Paul called the White Lyon, bounding: North and West - the common street; East - partly on freehold of George Henseman and partly on messuage or tenement now in tenure of Arthur Smitheys; South - on messuage or inn called the Christopher. Which messuage called the White Lyon is now divided into two distinct tenements or dwellings and are now and for some years past have been in the tenure of John Truelove the elder and John Truelove the younger.
