- Scope and Content- Reciting indenture by John Jones, late of Bedford, baker, deceased, dated 19 May 1663 - Reciting purchase of reversion of premises by William Faldo deceased - Reciting assignment 26 Dec 17 Chas II (1665) - Reciting last will of William Faldo deceased dated 24 July 1693, by which he bequeathed the messuage to Paul Faldo - Reciting that Paul Faldo has sold the messuage called the White Lyon, which is now in the occupation of Hocket Spencely, to John Truelove, and that Paul Faldo has sold to Thomas Woodward and Alexander Bolton a piece of ground late part of the messuage and premises being next to the messuage in the tenure of Susan Bolton and John Hancock, and divided by a fence of pales erected by Woodward and Bolton, and that Paul Faldo has sold to John Okely a piece of ground in the occupation of John Okely on which Okely has lately erected an edifice used for a brewhouse, being late also another part of the said premises and containing in length from North to South 8 feet and in breadth from East to West 3 feet - Reciting that letters of administration over goods and chattels of William Crafts were granted to Joan Crafts whereby she became intitled to premises for residue of term in trust - Reciting agreement that residue of term of 500 years yet to come in messuage called the White Lyon so conveyed to use a John Truelove should be assigned to Thomas Ward in trust for John Truelove - Reciting agreement that residue of term in piece of ground sold to Woodward and Bolton be assigned to John Beaumont in trust - Reciting agreement that residue of term in ground sold to Okely be assigned to Thomas Wilkes in trust
