    Office copy of release of Lease and Release: (1) William Parker, Bedford, gentleman and Mayor of Bedford (2) William Hornbuckle Parker, Bedford, grocer, only surviving child of (1) (3) Mary Tyers, Northampton, spinster (4) Robert Tyers, Northampton, gentleman, father of (3) and Alderman of Northampton, John Parker, Bedford, surgeon. Reciting proposed marriage between (2) and (3). Conveyance by (1) to (4) - messuage, cottage or tenement with appurtenances in Angel Street alias Sheeps Chipping in Bedford St Paul, on the West side of the street, being the corner house heretofore purchased by William Parker from Thomas Robinson and now in the occupation of William Parker, also a cottage or tenement standing in or near the Church yard of Bedford St Paul, now in the occupation of John Guess, late the estate of Elizabeth Harris, widow, and bequeathed by her to William Parker. To hold to the use of (1) for life, then to use of (2) for life, then to use of (3) for life, then to the use of their joint heirs, in default to use of right heirs of (2).
