Reciting Conveyance dated 12 Oct 1652 by (1) William Fennar of Flitton, butcher, and wife Marie to (2) William Odell: all that edifice or shop then in the occupation of John Flint, butcher, in Bedford St Paul in the Butcherow, over against the Fishmarket, and abutting East and West on the shops and tenements once Robert Andrewes and Henry Parce, and North on tenement of Robert Bamforth, alderman. Conveyance in consideration of a marriage to be had between (1) and Martha Gale, the daughter of John Gale, late of Goldington, husbandman, deceased, by (1) to (2) in trust to use of William Odell and Martha for their lives and the life of the survivor, and afterwards to their heirs, in default to the heirs of William Odell.
