Agreement: (1) Mayor etc of Bedford as Urban Sanitary Authority (2) Leonard Taylor Simpson of Quarry Hill House, Tonbridge, Kent, proprietor of River Ouse Navigation in Bedfordshire and Huntingdonshire. Right of (2) to use land on each side of Duck Mill Sluice for purposes of navigation, and to use the landing stage there; Corporation will remove all trees impeding the towpath between the sluice and landing stage, and (2) may erect mooring posts.
