Annual rent: 30 shillings payable by equal portions at Lady Day and Michaelmas. Witnesses: Thomas Chaplin, John Pearle. Seal: one applied, on paper on tag. Signature: John Deane. Also notes on front: "now Henry Clerke for 11 years more", and "Philip Thomson House"
