Messuage called the Wine Vaults on the west side of the High Street, with the use of the yard thereto adjoining, kitchen, with a chamber over, stable with a loft over in the said yard, and garden adjoining. Twenty years, at £10 per annum and 13 quarts of Red Port Wine on Christmas Day.
