Feoffment: William Quarrell of Chaulston, Roxton, yeoman, reciting grant by Alice Peacocke, his sister, widow of William, to Edmond Peacocke her eldest son, charged with the payment, one year after he death, of £30 to Alice West of Bedford, widow, and if he did not pay said £30, then premises to go to William Quarrell; default being made, he now conveys to Frances Banester, said charged messuage or storehouse adjoining St Pauls Churchyard, near the south east gate there. £20.
