- Scope and ContentRecites that the said Rudyng, by his Will, declared that the said messuages and land should be "amortized" to the said Priory to the intent that certain obits should be kept yearly for him in the Priory for ever; that the Prior is unable to do so; that the messuages and lands are therefore sold to Mordaunt, who is to pay 40 marks yearly for the obits. [A few other details.] Mordaunt is to suffer (blank) Saunders to have one of the messuages for life. [5 seal tags, but all seals broken off]
