    Whereof the messuage lies between the tenement late of John Wade and the grantor's tenement, in le Schepyschepyng in Bedford; 2 acres lie in le Sele in the Field of Bedford and abut against the water called Ouse; 2 acres in the Field of Bedford called Clophamhill next the way called Holewey and abut on the land late of Thomas Warder; 4 acres in the Field of Biddenham; viz 1 acre between the land of Walter Bakere and that of the Master of St Leonard, Bedford; 3 r. next the land of the Prior of Cauldwell; ½ acre in the same furlong; 3 r. in the same furlong between the land of John Salman and that of John Wodevyll; 1 acre in ye Reeforlorlyng and extends North and South. Also 1 acre of meadow in the Meadow of Bedford called Kyngesmede.
