  • Scope and Content
    Cotes was on the boundary of Cardington and Wilshamstead (of Eastcotts in Cardington, and Westcotts (now represented by Wilshamstead, Cotton End) in Wilshamstead). The acre comprised half acre abutting at one head on Subroc and extending at the other head against Holewey, lying between the land of John Boinon and of Roger Boinon, and a headland with a butt adjoining abutting to the south at one head and extending towards Subroc, lying for half acre. At a yearly rent of ½d.
