    1) Edgar Francis Jenkins of Doctor’s Commons 2) Marianne Sophie Eugenie Brooks of Flitwick Manor, spinster 3) Eugene Clutterbuck Impey of Bedcote Horsham. Sussex colonel in the army and Charles Bradford Harries Jenkins, major in 19th Hussars (the trustees) recites: marriage settlement of John Hatfield Brooks and wife Sophia, and deed poll or appointment dated 14 June 1884. 1) & 2) assign to 3) all monies, stocks, funds and securities as in schedule and any others under the 1850 marriage settlement, subject to the life interest of John Hatfield Brooks and wife, in trust. - power for investment - income to 1) for life, then if issue to 2) for life in trust for children of the marriage, their education etc for 21 years (or if daughters marry) in equal shares provided they haven’t received them before under appointment etc. If no issue living then equal moiety to 2) during his life and other moiety to Catherine Mary Frances Brooks for life, then to assigns of 1). - power for advancement - power to appoint new trustees. Schedule - £2000 secured on indenture of assignment by way of mortgage of policy of insurance with National Life Assurance Society on the life of John Hatfield Brooks number 5429 - £2000 New South Wales Debenture Bonds - £2000 equitable deposit of deeds relating to freehold estate at Irchester under agreement with William Frederick Green , John Green, John Hatfield Brooks, Robert Wilberforce Bird and George Henry Brooks dated 7 Oct 1880 - £2889.3.8 India 4 per cent - £1000 India 4 per cent stock in the names of Robert Wilberforce Bird and George Henry Brooks as representing the £1000 mentioned in the settlement of 21 Dec 1850.
