Recites marriage settlement and will of John Thomas Brooks. - appoints Thomas Beach Whitehurst, Richard Gerrard Perryn and others trustees of £2000 bank annuities, proceeds of which the husband for life should he survive her. After death of her and husband to be divided between sons as tenants in common in equal shares provided will of husband comes into operation. - to John Hatfield Brooks my diamond earrings, diamond brooch and two diamond rings and all real and personal estate not before mentioned. John Hatfield Brooks appointed executor. Witnesses John Thomas Green and C P Wynter.
