Letter from Burgoyne & Co to John Brooks. Have written to G F Perryn son of R G Perryn. He does not have the deed, which may be in Mr Lovibond’s iron chest. Mr Lovibond is in Westbaden they have written to him. ‘This business was entirely managed by the late Mr Burgoyne, and we do not find any direct information as to the deeds’ need to advise Mr Perryn of his responsibilities under the marriage settlement.
