- Recites - indenture of 23 February 1835 between 1) Mary Brooks, Frances Lovibond, Jane Whitehurst and Harriet Barbara Perryn, 2) George Brudenell, Michelsen Lovibond and Frances his wife, 3) Rev Thomas Beach Whitehurst and Jane his wife, 4) Richard Gerrard Perryn and Harriet Barbara his wife, 5) Thomas Beach Whitehurst and Richard Gerrard Perryn to hold in trust for 5) £2000 three pounds % per annum consolidated bank annuities. - indenture of 24 February 1835 between 1) John Thomas Brooks and Mary his wife 2) Thomas Beach Whitehurst and Richard Gerrard Perryn.
