‘Office copy of the first codicil to Dr Dell’s Will’ In treaty for the purchase of a fee farm rent at Flitwick belonging to Sarah Burton. Bequeaths same fee farm rent and appurtenances to trustees upon the same trusts and to the same uses as other estates and ‘in case my cousin Martha Dell, who with her sister I suppose to be my heirs at law’ lay claim or interfere then revokes the annuity to her made in his will.
