- all freehold and copyhold in Irchester and Wellingborough, all lands in Slawston and Olhorpe, Leicestershire to wife Anne during natural life and after her decease to daughter Ann and the heirs of her body or in default of such issue to heirs and assigns of wife for ever. - lands in Radwell in Felmersham to daughter and the heirs of her body if no heirs then to wife and her heirs. - appoints wife guardian of daughter until she is 21. Wife to have rents from Radwell until daughter is 21 ‘being at the expence of educating cloathing and maintaining my said daughter till she attains that age and keeping the premises in tenantable repair And that my said wife shall also have the managing and letting of the same lands’ - residue to wife for own use and disposal after paying debts and funeral expenses and also paying one guinea to brother the Revd Mr William Fisher to buy a remembrance ring. Wife named as sole executrix.
