    - all copyhold lands tenements and hereditaments in Wellingborough, Northants and messuage or tenement in Irchester ‘wherein I lately dwelt’ and also close of pasture in Irchester which adjoins to the spinney next to the land now or late of John Wisdisle a butcher and three cottages in Irchester in the occupations of Solomon Bayes William Mason Thomas Gilbert & William Marriott unto the use of my beloved wife Anne Fisher during her natural life and from and then to use of my lawful heirs and in default of such issue to the heirs of wife Anne for ever. - messuage in Irchester in the occupation of Richard Spencer with homestead and appurtenances and all other lands both freehold and copyhold in Irchester now in the occupation of Richard Spencer to wife during life and then to heirs of body and if none to brother the Revd Mr William Fisher and his heirs for ever. - lands in Slawston and Olhorpe in Leicestershire to wife and then heirs, if no heirs to wife for ever. - lands in Radwell in Felmersham to friends Francis Mason of Bedford innholder and Robert Musgrave of Elstow, yeoman in trust for wife during life and then equally to children (excluding eldest son) in joint tenure and then to their heirs.
