    (i) Thomas Hornbuckle, millwright; George Maynard, carpenter; Edward Marks, tailor; all of the parish of St. Peter; surviving trustees for lands in the said parish. (ii) Nicholas Aspinall, rector of the said parish, clerk; Thomas Allin, maltmaker; Thomas Field, senior and junior, husbandmen; Benjamin Willis, yeoman; Robert Upton, weaver; Samuel Upton, weaver; David Estlin, innholder; Thomas Hornbuckle, junior; William Gascoyn, carpenter; John Wells, wheelwright; John Maynard, carpenter; Thomas Sabee, labourer; George Oliver, carpenter; Timothy Bunker, innholder; all of the said parish. A cottage and strip of ground, heretofore in the occupation of Thomas Everard, wheelright, since of Edward Sanders, tinker, now divided into two:- one in the occupation of Simon Covington, father of Simon Covington a minor (sic); the other in the occupation of Margaret Partridge, widow; abutting N. on common street, E. on a messuage of Thomas Margetts, gent., S. on the latter's orchard, W. on a tenement late of David Jones, now of John Jones. A cottage and strip of ground formerly in the occupation of widow Purser, lately of David Jones, now of John Jones; abutting N. on the common street, E. on a tenement in the occupation of Simon Covington; W. on a tenement lately of widow Chandler, now of William Chandler, S. on the said orchard. A cottage and backside lately in the occupation of John Brown, since of Robert Moore, and now of Widow Moore; abutting E. on St. Peter's green, S. on a tenement heretofore of John Thompson, now of Robert Bonfield. A backside or strip of ground, formerly part of John Brown's backside, since held by John Wiffin, 42 feet by 20 feet. A cottage and strip of ground heretofore in tenure of widow Abbott and her daughter widow Everard, since of Jeffrey Radwell, and now of widow Ivett, abutting S. on common street, E. on a tenement lately of Richard Hamond, W. on tenement heretofore of John Linford, now of Elizabeth Linford, N. on Berry close. A cottage and pightle heretofore in tenure of Richard Robinson, now of widow Arthur alias Bonskill, abutting E. on Oak Lane, S. on a tenement heretofore of Francis Ruffe, now of Abe. Gadsden & William Grmment, N. on Sparrow close, W. on Berry close. Two small cottages heretofore in tenure of widow Tansley, William Britton and Kath. Hall, now of Sary Hudson and widow Stimson; abutting S. on common street, E. on a tenement heretofore of widow Fardle, now of William Grument, W. on a tenement heretofore of widow Morgan, now of Thomas Peere, N. on chantry ground.
