A cottage and strip of ground formerly in the occupation of widow Purser, lately of David Jones, now of John Jones; abutting N. on the common street, E. on a tenement in the occupation of Simon Covington; W. on a tenement lately of widow Chandler, now of William Chandler, S. on the said orchard.
