    (i) Thomas Hornbuckle, senior, of the parish of St. Peter Martin, millwright, only surviving feoffee in trust. (ii) Michael Arnald, clerk, rector; Thomas Margetts, gent.; Benjamin Willis, gent.; Thomas Field, junior, yeoman; John Riseley, yeoman; Timothy Boncour, innholder; Robert Upton, weaver; Thomas Groves, tailor; Thomas Hornbuckle, junior, millwright; Thomas Allen, labourer; all of the parish of St. Peter; newly elected and approved by the minister and chief inhabitants of the said parish. Property almost exactly as in P100/6/21, with a few discrepancies including the following:- 1st. cottage is now in the tenure of Simon Covington 3rd. cottage now in the occupation of John Moor, abutting S. on a tenement late of William Morris, now of John White. "Backside" abuts N. on a tenement heretofore of John Thompson, late of William Maynard, now of Robert Bonfield. 4th. cottage is now in the tenure of Thomas Smith. 5th. cottage is now in the tenure of William Dodson. Witnesses: Joseph Willis, Charles Edgerly, William Cawne.
