Commissioners' Clerk's correspondence to Messrs Willis: Thomas Hart of Ascott, Bucks 11 Dec 1843 - 20 Aug 1847 mentions a request from Mr. Tindall for the summoning of a meeting of the Aylesbury and Hockliffe Turnpike Trust 20th Jun 1845 Both Mr. Ashwell and Col. Hanmer very insistent that Award should be executed (copy of letter sent to John King).
