Copy. i) Claimants under the Leighton Buzzard Enclosure to various small estates in Heath and Reach (schedule with names, occupations and descriptions of property) ii) Trustees: John Mortimer, Nares Gladley, Heath and Reach, farmer Thomas Swinstead, Upper end Green, Heath and Reach, farmer William Manning, Heath and Reach, peat dealer. Reciting that (i) desire that the Enclosure Commissioners should grant in respect of their property one aggregate allotment in Heath and Reach, and that this should be vested in Trustees to uses, GRANT by (i) to (ii) of such piece of land as they might be allotted under the Award, to be held to uses. 10 May 1844 Note that the deed was enrolled Chancery 23 July 1844
