AGREEMENT concerning the management of the common fields of Stanbridge between Wm. Ellingham, Jos. Eames, Jn. Olney, Robt. Olney, Geo. Holton, Jos. Goss, Sam. Marks, Bernard Wilkes, Thos. Willis, Francis Chase, Ric. Dell, Jn. Ellingham, Thos. Vialls. Agreement for the next 12 years from 5th April last, the terms as in BO 1337 above, except vii) permission to grow vetch in severalty on certain fallow land is not included, and there is a clause forbidding parties to sow any part of their land which ''in a regular roteen of the Fields should lye Fallow.'' In case any law suit should be instituted about commons, the matter is to be put in the hands of the Vestry.
