I) Copy of the terrier of 1707; [P85/2/1/1] certified copy 23 March 1925 II) Copy of annuity of £4 p.a. given by George Rotherham issued from a certain messuage in Luton called `Lawles' to the Trustees of the Church of Luton for the maintenance and upkeep of the parish church, 10th April 1580: certified copy 26 March 1925 III) Copy of Deed of Apportionment of new trustees by John Thrale, last survivor of the original trustees, granting the new trustees the annuity given by George Rotherham for the upkeep and maintenance of the parish church, 31 May 1624: Certified copy 30 March 1925 IV)Copy of Deed of Apportionment of new trustees by Valentine Lawrence, last surviving trustee of the indenture made in 1624 grants the new trustees the annuity given by George Rotherham for the upkeep and maintenance of the parish church. 29th December 1705.
