    i) James Keen, Stewkley, Bucks, cordwainer ii) Richard Sanders, Leighton Buzzard, grocer and tallow chandler reciting will of Thos. Keen late of Littlecote, Stewkley, Bucks., dairyman, dated 24 June 1821, by which he left to his wife Mary and his brothers Robert and James residue of freehold property in Stewkley, Wingrave or elsewhere, and his household goods on trust to sell, pay debts, then to invest £500 the interest on which is to go to wife in lieu of dower, & on her death £100 to bro. Robert, £100 to bro. James, and the remaining £300 to be divided between such of his other bros. and sisters as are living at the time of his wife's death, i.e. the survivors of William, John Goodspeed, Daniel Adams and Joseph Keen, and Hannah London and Sarah Maule (proved Arch. Bucks 21 Dec 1821) ASSIGNMENT by (i) to (ii) for £55 of reversionary interest in £100 24th Feb 1824
