Faculty for building a Memorial Chapel at the end of the South aisle, designed by G.P. Allen Esq., as the Queens Park Memorial, and to place therein a Holy table with a Re-Table and cross and candlesticks of a quite simple design in brass, and seats. Pencil note on outside: later altered to window, see separate faculty.
