for their life, a mess. in the occ. Wm. Attwood called the
Rose and Crown in Park St., which testator lately bought of
Richard Iredale; also Long Close in Woburn, then to his
executors, friend Jn. Green of Battlesden, yeo. and Sam Woodwin
Two Waters, Hemel Hempstead, Herts., innholder, upon trust to
sell same, and divide profits bet. testator's nephew and nieces:
Thos. and Ric. Iredale, Catherine Woodwin, Eliz. Warner, the
sons and daus. of brother Woodell Iredale.
to trustees, as above, estate at Woughton on the Green, Bucks., to
sell and pay debts. also legacy £10 to housekeeper Eliz. Clarke,
£100 to nephew Thos. Iredale, rest bet. 4 nephews and nieces
as above.
to neph. Jn. household goods and stock in trade.
