Probate of will of Sarah Eavestaff, Heath, widow
to kinsman James Atwell, copyhold tenement in Heath to which
testator's late husband Wm. Cheshire was admitted;
to Mary Burrows wife of Francis Burrows who now lives with testator
cottage at Heath in which they now live;
to kinsman Wm. Atwell of Heath, copyhold cottage and garden at Heath
together with moiety of threshing barn;
to kinswoman Eliz. Atwell sister of Wm., copyhold cottage in occ.
Benj. Backhouse with remaining moiety of threshing barn;
cottages above are charged with a yearly annuity £8 to testator's
brother Glen Robinson;
to kinsman Wm. Atwell, copyhold cottage at Heath to which testator
and her late husb. Ric. Eavestaff were admitted, and other land,
charged with payments to his bro. and sisters James and Eliz.
