Dalton 29 April 1878 c) W.E. Dalton,10 Clarendon St., Cambridge, to Messrs. Willis & Willis, Hopes to be be back in Brickhill soon, when will pay amount due to Mr. Rogers. 25 May 1878 d) W.E.Dalton,10 Clarendon St., Cambridge, to Messrs. Willis & Willis. Sorry he has been unable to get the money. Saw Mr. Jn. Barton that morning at Stewkley, and he promised to see Mr. Rogers. 3 June 1878 e) W.E.Dalton, Little Brickhill, to Mr. Rogers, Went to Leighton Market that morning especially to see correspondent. Will come over to Swanbourne, next Saturday morning and settle. 25th June 1878 f) W.Rogers, Swanbourne, to Mr. Willis, Leighton Will Mr. Willis send Mr. Dalton a County Court Summons. 30th June 1878. g) W. Rogers, Swanbourne, to Mr. Willis, Leighton. Mr. Dalton came over that morning, so do nothing about a summons until the writer sees him. 1st July 1878.
