and one bay of barn and one hovel for the life of the longer
liver, which property has since been conveyed to (i)
DEMISE for 99 years by (i) to (ii) (or life of survivor of Edward
and Jane Cooper) at a peppercorn rent
part of freehold messuage in Stanbridge, with one bay of barn
and a hovel.
