Reciting that mortgage interest is now vested in Richard
Chandler, and that William Bennett has contracted with
Dan. Poynton for purchase of 1a. land, together with
other property.
ASSIGNMENT by (ii) (with consent of (i)) to (iv) in trust for (iii),
consideration 5/-, of property for remainder of term in trust to attend
the inheritance.
