Gurney, L.B., yeo. deced., for life of Mary Gurney) Mary Gurney, widow of Joseph Gurney, John Newman, Eversholt, baker (devisee in reversion on decease of Mary Gurney) to the use of Thomas Brown of Leighton Buzzard, baker, and ADMISSION of Thomas Brown to customary messuage and bakehouse with appurtenances in which Francis Dell, John Cooper, William Tring lately dwelt, and Thomas Brown and Mary Gurney now dwell, in Lovell End, Leighton Buzzard (with bounds), the common street S, and orchard or close belonging to messuage and heretofore called Tanyard or Tanpitts and intended to be surrendered to the use of Mathew Bodkin of Leighton Buzzard, fellmonger N, which orchard or close is to be fenced off from the garden belonging to the messuage by Thomas Brown. Mary Gurney is to be allowed the use of one room on the first floor and one room on the ground floor in front of the messuage, which she now inhabits, with use of pump, for her lifetime. quit rent 3/3d
