out and marked, being part and parcel of a messuage and
outbuildings lately purchased by Wm. Wykes of Robert Stevens
and Joseph Chew, the buildings consisting of an entrance hall,
dining or breakfast parlour, four sleeping rooms with closets,
one attic and the loft under the roof as far as the premises
extend, a kitchen, cellar, brewhouse and stabling for 6
horses, and right of way for horses and waggons between certain
hours. Pump to be used by neighbour. Quit rent 14/-.
