    i) Samuel Hopkins, senior, butcher and grocer Edward Walker, innholder, both of Leighton Buzzard the trustees and executors named in the will of Thomas Walker late of L.B. baker deced. who was eldest son and heir of Edward Walker late of L.B. miller, who died intestate. iia) John Owen Stubbe, L.B. surgeon iib) Edward Norman, L.B., innholder, trustee of (iia) iii) Samuel Hopkins, junior, L.B., gardener CONVEYANCE (Feoffment) by (i) to (ii) in consideration of £50 of 2a. 2r. arable land in the fields of L.B. in Hatch Close, with a hedge and ditch on the E 1/2a. arable in Shenley Hill Field shooting from Row Ditch to Shenley Hill to be held in trust for (iia) and reciting Feoffment of 20th October 1741 by i) Mary Worrall widow and relict of Benedict Worrall, Jn. How, Jn. Ellingham jun., Mary Worall and Sarah Worrall spinisters (which Mary junior and Sarah were 2 of the 4 daus. and coheirs of Benedict W. deced., the only son and heir of Benedict W. his late father deced.) ii) Edward Walker, junior, miller concerning this land as well as other land late Thos. Walker deced. purchased by Sam. Hopkins junior. COVENANT by Sam. Hopkins junr. to produce deed. 7th October 1799
