Cennen Tower Estate I purpose some day this week going and looking over the above estate will then write you my opinion of its value Brent Pelham I have advertised Brent Pelham Hall to let and have several enquiries about the rent &c. We are not desirous of letting the Estate but if you have a Client that would make an offer of £45,000 for it I would take it into consideration whether I would advise the owner to part with it. Chequers Luton Please let me have an answer respecting this property I wrote you a letter in your office some time since the Trustees of the late Mr.F.Burr require an answer. I shall remain at Carmarthen over next week please write here".
