Sun Public House Midland Railway I think £800 will be a good price for the above premises as they will have to pay Anstees & Compy for the Interest in the Lease Chequers Inn Luton I have been and looked over this property and send back plan marked what I think should be done. You to give up the whole of property comprised in the Chequers Burr's trustees to give you the two Cottages and the Garden remaining up to the right of way as dotted on plan they Burr's trustees taking the old materials of the Chequers and making the two Cottages with a Public House I think this would be a fair exchange. Will you please look at the plans and if you fall in with this please return it and I will see Cumberland who acts for Burns trustees and try and get the arrangement carried out".
