From: Robert How, Luton: To: Thomas Sworder "Enclosed I forward balance sheet for the rents due March 25 also Cheque Value 27-18-0 which I trust you will find correct. You will perceive I have not yet been able to get the arrears of the Crown & Globe Dunstable but they promise to let me have the amounts as soon as possible. If they should not I must summons them in the County Court. I shall commence this week to collect the Int. due June 24".
