  • Scope and Content
From: Robert How, Luton; To: Thomas Sworder "Globe Dunstable I have this day let the Globe Dunstable to Messrs Perry & Son of Aylesbury for £18 per annum they to put and keep in repair. I don't know if they will require a lease but I have said they may have 7 years if they please. I will write you when they decide on the time. I only took Jones in to get out a bad tenant but never had any opinion of Jones and am glad to get a good tenant. I have not yet taken any the rents but I have a five pounds part of what I got of Jones and part of what I got from Limbery for the Crown and hope to get the remainder on the 25th of March and will get all the rents in as soon after that day as possible and forward you the proceeds. I enclose you a cheque value £25 and can make it right when I get the rents in. I have written Jones by this post to say I have let the Globe".
